Vincentian Village

Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Vincentian Village in Hamlyn Heights, VIC 3215 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous home.

Vincentian Village has 91 beds including a 16 bed secure dementia unit. Vincentian Village is an ageing in place facility offering permanent and respite care to residents as behaviours of concern associated with dementia develop or as other aspects of care are needed such as palliative care. Vincentian Village has six light-filled couples rooms with one bedroom and a sitting room separated by an ensuite.All rooms are furnished with electronic high/low beds bedside cabinets built in wardrobes and nurse call buttons. Rooms are also heated with hydronic heating so residents can change the temperature in their room. Ceiling fans have also been installed for use in the warmer months. Vincentian Village has an activities calendar offering many group activities and weekly outings. Throughout the year regular volunteers entertainers community church groups and individuals offer their skills and time to the residents and staff of Vincentian Village.
