Avondrust Lodge

Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Avondrust Lodge in Carrum Downs, VIC 3201 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous homes.

We believe it is important that we can share language, understanding, experience and memories with friends of a similar background. With this aim, we provide a full range of services in both community and residential care to the Dutch Community in Victoria.

Eden Alternative: DutchCare is committed to the Eden Alternativeâ„¢ creating a vibrant human habitat where the Elder is placed at the centre of our focus and children, pets and plants are part of daily life. Families and our community are encouraged to take an active part.

Residential Services: Low and high care is available at our three aged care facilities following an assessment by the Aged Care Assessment Service. Respite is available.

Community Services: To older Dutch persons living independently in their own home, we provide services throughout many parts of Melbourne and rural Victoria including Friendly Visiting, Planned Activity Groups, Community Visitors, Emergency Telephone Monitoring, Community Aged Care Packages, Telelink Services and Over 50's Clubs.

Independent Living: three villages located at Montrose, Kilsyth and Carrum Downs.
