Caroline Chisholm is a safe, peaceful retirement village in Lane Cove comprising 50 units with studio and 1 bedroom apartments.

It is a friendly place to live with a high level of personal care. No special assessment is needed to live here and we provide all meals, linen, cleaning service and personal care with staff on duty 24 hours a day. It is managed by a board of directors all of whom have family members living in the village.

The Village comprises of studio apartments which can be purchased from $50,000 and larger one bedroom apartments which usually sell for approximately $200,000.

Unlike many other retirement villages, Caroline Chisholm is managed by a board of directors, all of whom have family members living at the village - so therefore truly have the wellbeing of residents at heart.

No special criteria or aged care assessment is necessary to become a resident at the village just the desire to live in a caring friendly environment with all the extras you deserve.
