Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Heathcote Health High Care Service in Heathcote, VIC 3523 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous home.

The Heathcote Health Aged Care Facility accomodates up to 42 residents with a variety of care needs from respite low and high care. Our aim is to provide high quality compassionate care to the older people in our community with a continuity of care in a familiar environment. All residents are cared for while maintaining a high degree of independence privacy and dignity. We continue to provide our residents with greater access to a variety of Allied Health services as they are required. We have 3 Doctors who provide our Aged Care Residents with excellent medical consultation and the afterhours service of the Acute Hospital.
