Southhaven Nursing Home and Hostel are nestled in bushland on the banks of Salt Pan Creek in Padstow Heights. This beautiful natural setting creates a quiet living environment away from the noise of the suburbs. As an integrated care facility, the Southhaven site hosts both a nursing home for high dependency residents and a hostel for those who require a lower level of nursing care. This design allows an easy transition as the dependency needs of our residents change over time.
