Our approach to planning care includes involving the resident's choice of Doctor, nursing staff and other specialist healthcare providers such as physiotherapist, podiatrist, dietician, speech pathologist, occupational therapist and diversional therapists. Residents can be assured of receiving supportive personal care, social and emotional support and health management that suits their individual needs.

For low care, we provide private accommodation for single residents or couples who are seeking a calm and comfortable haven. All rooms offer a pleasant courtyard or garden outlook and full ensuite facilities. Our lounge area incorporates a dining room, billiard room, library and an internet café. We also offer more intimate lounge and TV areas. For people with high level care needs we offer comfortable, bright single and twin room accommodation set around spacious communal lounge areas and secure courtyard gardens.

Our services to residents with dementia ensure high quality, respectful and individual care from early stage to late stage dementia, all within a quiet and calm environment.

Our resident meals are cooked by our on site chef and are intended to provide nourishment, support good physical and mental health and recognise not only the dietary needs but also the tastes and personal preferences of each resident.

We endeavour to make life in later years a full and enriched experience. We provide a range of activities based on encouraging friendships and ensure that fun and laughter are present amongst the residents living here. Our Lifestyle Coordinator schedules a wide range of social and therapy activities including exercise, concerts/entertainers, craft, bingo, movies, bus trips and outings, discussion Group, church services and visiting pets amongst others.
