Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Baptcare Wyndham Lodge Community in Werribee, VIC 3030 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous homes.

*NOTE Baptcare Wyndham Lodge is about to undertake a major redevelopment. During this time we will still be operating with a reduced capacity for only 30 residents. We will reopen towards the end of 2015 with a modern facility for 150 residents.* Baptcare Wyndham Lodge Community is a 60 bed home offering predominately high level care and accommodation. At Baptcare Wyndham Lodge Community you can expect 24 hour support which includes nursing assessment and individualised care management. Individuals also have access to social programs which are therapeutic as well as emotional and spiritual support. Our aim is to provide individualised support to every individual. This ensures that the people in our care continue to live dignified and fulfilling lives in the way they may choose. We aim to help people live their life as naturally as possible. Our homes provide specific support to people when they are first admitted which is structured in such a way to help them and their families become comfortable knowledgeable and familiar with their new environment. This home offers respite care. Our respite program is for planned short term respite only. Emergency respite is not part of our program. To be eligible for respite you must have a valid assessment from the Aged Care Assessment Service.
