O'Mara House is an accredited Aged Care facility located in Traralgon in Gippsland Victoria. It is only minutes from the town centre and is set among lovely gardens which include extensive lawns aviaries and a central courtyard. The facility includes two respite rooms used mainly to relieve home carers and also offers Ageing in Place which means that we are able to care for our residents as behaviours of concern associated with dementia develop or as other aspects of care are needed such as palliative care. The facility has seven separate lounge areas with tea and coffee making facilities a sun filled activities room hair dressing room and a chapel with a service roster for various denominations.The hostel has a mini-bus which is used for resident outings and shopping trips.
