Skipton Hostel

Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Skipton Hostel in Skipton, VIC 3361 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous homes.

The Beaufort Hostel is located just off the Western Highway in Burton St Beaufort and offers 12 hostel beds (11 permanent beds and 1 respite bed). The Skipton Hostel is located in Blake Street Skipton and offers 9 hostel beds (8 permanent beds and 1 respite bed).Both the Hostels are ground level facilities with easy access via covered entrances at the front of the buildings. The rooms are purpose built with the facility ensuring residents are cared for in a manner specific to their needs. Each room has an easily accessible garden. Residents have a nurse call bell located beside their bed and in the bathrooms. There is a separate kitchen dining room and sitting room access for use by residents and visitors in each hostel.Each room is furnished and residents are encouraged to decorate their own rooms in accordance with our agreed standards of the service. The communal areas are pleasant comfortable and homely. Physical activity is encouraged where possible and residents can make use of the facilities of the Hostel and those in the locality.
