Gardenview House

Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Gardenview House in Parkville, VIC 3052 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous homes.

Gardenview House is a Residential Care Facility accredited by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency (AACQA) offering younger people with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) the opportunity to participate in an individualised therapy program with the aim to improve functional gains prior to discharge. Gardenview House has a limited tenure and at the end of the maximum 18 month length of stay residents are expected to leave and take up long term living arrangements in other facilities such as supported accommodation services long term residential care facilities or at home with support. Client can be discharged as soon as their goals are achieved and the discharge destination is ready. The facility has 24 bedrooms consisting of six single rooms with own ensuite two double rooms with shared bathroom and 14 single rooms with shared amenities. All rooms are charged at the normal daily care fee for residential services depending on financial status. All single rooms are allocated according to resident requirements. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all large and residents are encouraged to bring in their own personal items.
