The facility has light and bright communal areas with a homely feel. All rooms are single share. There is a lively activities program with both group and individual programs. Regular outings on the Baptcare bus also enable residents to remain connected to the local community. Families and friends are encouraged to join in the activities. Hedley Sutton's style of care is referred to as Ageing in Place. This means that a resident can enter as low care and progress through to high care or even palliative care and they do not need to be transferred to another facility.
