Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Wesley House Aged Care Facility in Semaphore Park, SA 5019 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous homes.

Wesley House Aged Care Facility provides 76 low care beds 46 high care beds (five beds give priority to residents of Russian origin) and two respite beds. Access to public transport is available on First Avenue. The site management team is supported by registered nurses enrolled nurses and personal care workers in the provision of nursing and personal care services. Activity staff provide social support and ancillary staff maintain the environment and laundry services. Alliance Catering Service is contracted to provide a homestyle food service. Residents are encouraged to maintain the services of their usual medical practitioner. Allied health practitioners are available on an 'as needs' basis. Regular access to a physiotherapist and podiatrist is offered to every resident. A Chaplain and visiting representatives from other religious groups are available for spiritual support and religious services are conducted on a regular basis. Residents are welcome to invite personal spiritual advisers to the facility. Low care accommodation is provided in single rooms with an ensuite. High care accommodation is provided in single and share rooms. Some are equipped with an ensuite while others are located near bathrooms. An activity room small lounges and a large entertainment area are available for community activities. An enclosed patio area allows residents to access the outdoors safely. Residents' personal belongings such as furniture photos and paintings are welcome but must not interfere with the safety of staff work practices. Wesley House is designated as smoke free. Smoking is only permitted outside.
