Mt Gravatt Retirement Community is comprised of 53 independent living units and 90 apartments.

Its location can't be beaten for convenience, situated on Logan Road it has public transport available via 2 bus stops which are a short stroll via the front gates.

Independent living units have 1 or 2 bedrooms with car accommodation.

Serviced apartments range from studio, 1 or 2 bedrooms with a balcony or patio area. A 24 hour emergency call system is also available.

Lush gardens and timber walkways, which cross a bubbling stream run beside our serviced apartment complex, providing residents with a quiet tranquil outlook.

Our scenic lake is a haven for wildlife, including ducks, turtles, fish and native birds. 

BBQ areas, swimming pool, billiards and indoor bowls rooms, concert area, library, Internet access, a number of spacious lounges and workshop are available to our residents.

The village bus makes regular trips to local shopping centres and takes residents on a range of outings and day trips.

All residents have access to Mt Gravatt Private Hostel, which adjoins the village, or Mt Gravatt Nursing Centre located within short walking distance. Both facilities provide our residents with a higher level of care should their needs change. (Conditions Apply)
