Bowden Brae offers 64 single Low Care units in a comfortable secure environment. Lavendar Cottage provides secure accommodation and specialist care for 40 residents with a recognised diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease or other dementia-related conditions. Individual units consist of a spacious room with ensuite and enclosed balcony. As residents may experience wandering or confusion Lavender Cottage has been designed to create an unconfined homelike environment with separate dining and living areas and access to internal courtyards. The village has a library kiosk and a hairdresser is on site five days a week. A range of personal services is als available including optical dental auditory podiatry aromatherapy massage and beauty treatments. Public bus services are available on Pennant Hills Road.
