The facility comprises 50 single high-care units and eight twin-share units each with ensuite; communal lounge and dining areas and outdoor terraces. A comfortable secure environment has been created where the focus is not only on the care provided to residents but on the residents themselves. Bowden Brae Gardens has a library kiosk and hairdressing salon. A range of personal services can also be arranged including optical dental auditory podiatry aroma-therapy massage and beauty treatments. NOTICE. THIS FACILITY DOES NOT HAVE A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING & ASSESSMENT REGULATION 2000. THIS REGULATION REQUIRES A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED IN THIS FACILITY BY 1 MARCH 2016.
