Bond House is a 124 resident, general care service. It consists of Shaw Home, Poate Home, Lavender Palliative Care Suite and Jones Hostel. HammondCare believes in the dignity and value of all people. Bond House also includes a 9 bed palliative care suite that offers responsive multidisciplinary palliative care for when residents approach the end of their lives. We provide dedicated nursing care that is supported by specialist palliative care medical services to ensure distressing symptoms are controlled and to promote dignity and comfort. Bond House is located on the Hammond Village campus in the suburb of Hammondville, in Sydney's Southwest.
