Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Bond House in Hammondville, NSW 2170 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous home.

Bond House is a 124 resident, general care service. It consists of Shaw Home, Poate Home, Lavender Palliative Care Suite and Jones Hostel. HammondCare believes in the dignity and value of all people. We are passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need, and providing unique and excellent care. In all our practices, we promote the freedom and self-esteem of each individual. At Bond House this includes making the service feel like a home, providing access to an excellent food culture, and encouraging residents to take part in varied recreational activities that are enjoyable, foster a sense of self-worth, and are reflective of their earlier life. Bond House also includes a 9 bed palliative care suite that offers responsive multidisciplinary palliative care for when residents approach the end of their lives. We provide dedicated nursing care that is supported by specialist palliative care medical services to ensure distressing symptoms are controlled and to promote dignity and comfort. Bond House is located on the Hammond Village campus in the suburb of Hammondville, in Sydney's Southwest. The Hammond Village also includes independent living units, a local cafe, library, swimming pool, community centre and specialised aged care dementia specific cottages.
