Jacaranda Lodge is located 27km from Swan Hill at Nyah West. The rural setting ensures a tranquil home-like environment with beautiful garden views from most rooms. The 30 bed facility contains four lounge rooms (one of which includes a broadband cafe) a spacious dining room with kitchenette laundry facilities and a chapel all of which are available for use by the residents and their families. The facility is surrounded by picturesque gardens and lawn areas for residents and families to enjoy. Barbecue facilities are available and a rotunda provides a sheltered outdoor spot to socialise or relax. Throughout the serene country grounds there is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating a vegetable garden and chooks. Resident care is Registered Nurse led with access to acute care palliative care the Swan Hill District Health pharmacy and the local pharmacy. As Jacaranda Lodge is part of the integrated health service that is Swan Hill District Health residents will be able to access physiotherapy speech pathology podiatry occupational therapy dietitian continence and mental health services at no extra cost. Jacaranda Lodge is a highly regarded facility in the local community as a result of its caring and professional staff quality amenities and range of social activities available for residents to partake in. Three different musical bands come to Jacaranda to entertain the residents on a monthly basis.
