Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Seaton Aged Care Facility in Seaton, SA 5023 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous homes.

Seaton Aged Care Facility is a high care facility with 52 beds. Priority of access is given to people of Croatian and Ukrainian origin (many of the staff are multi-lingual). The facility is located close to West Lakes Shopping Centre and public transport.

The home has 10 single rooms and 21 double rooms. Some rooms have ensuites while others are located near to bathroom facilities. Single rooms are allocated on basis of need. For example, a physical condition or serious illness that requires special needs such as lifting equipment.

Residents are welcome to bring personal items to enhance their room including photos and paintings.

A Day Room provides space for activities and is used at meal times. Activity staff are employed to plan and coordinate a range of individual and group activities for residents. Special cultural and religious events are celebrated. A hairdresser visits fortnightly. Charges are very reasonable and residents are billed for this service.

Family and guests are welcome to share a meal with residents at a small cost. Special diets and cultural foods are included in the menu.

Seaton is a smoke free facility. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outside area.
