These residences, based in Carina (six kilometres from the CBD in Brisbane's South East) offer a choice of aspect and multimedia options in 154 separate bedrooms for those seeking high care and low care including special dementia care (permanent and unscheduled respite care is abvailable), all with an age old classic attention to detail to resident care.

PresCare Vela has three main high and low care residential buildings as well the central café melting pot and services hub to support each wing.

Intimate care is provided on two easy to access levels (with higher level care needs generally being catered for on the ground floor). Each wing is designed to be a home to just a small group of residents with their own lounge, 10-16 person dining rooms, recreational areas and house care staff.

We can offer services such as speech pathology, physiotherapy, hairdressing, podiatry and resident wing specific programs such as our own in-house program in the wings dedicated to Dementia care.

Independent living apartments are also proposed for the site as part of stage two in 2010-2011 and are not currently available, although expressions of interest can be made.
