Bankstown City Aged Care is a not-for-profit aged care provider, established in 1972. Our mission is to provide excellence in service provision to those people who are aged, disabled, suffer with Dementia or who are otherwise disadvantaged. We provide high quality residential, home-based and community support programs to persons in the local Bankstown and surrounding areas.
Our Gillawarna Village at Georges Hall is home to 50 high care residents, 50 low care residents and 50 dementia specific residents.
This beautiful facility boasts their own large recreation hall, quality furnishings, landscaped gardens, café, on-site Hairdresser and nutritious, delicious meals cooked on the premises every day.
Built in 2004, Gillawarna Village is a modern facility, built to ageing-in-place standards. Our residents enjoy the comfort and privacy of their own large room and ensuite.
Our highly training and dedicated staff support and care for our residents in everything they do – from personal care to our varied and interesting diversional therapy programs.
