Deborah oversees the management of our 700 employees, developing programs to attract and retain the best staff. A large part of these programs is our extensive education curriculum, including Certificate courses in leadership and aged care. SPECIALITY Kate is the Resident Services Manger at Thompson Healthcare. With many years experience, Kate oversees lifestyle services including the Aromatherapy Program, coordinates the THC 'Life' magazine and works closely with all of the Directors of Nursing and their staff to deliver quality care. Our professional nursing staff and therapists ensure all residents have the best possible quality of life.
