Maldon Hospital has 28 beds across the two residential facilities: Mountview Home and Jessie Bowe House.Jessie Bowe House is a 12 bed facility which offers a safe and secure environment with a relaxed home like atmosphere that is provided by enthusiastic qualified nursing catering cleaning and maintenance staff. The Hospital has twenty-four hour nursing care provided by the qualified nurses on duty. Mountview Home is a 16 bed facility which offers a safe and secure environment with a relaxed home like atmosphere that is provided by enthusiastic qualified nursing catering cleaning and maintenance staff. The Hospital has twenty-four hour nursing care provided by the qualified nurses on duty. In 2007 Mountview Home received three years accreditation from the Aged Care Standards Monitoring Agency complying with all forty-four expected outcomes under the four standards: management systems; staffing and organisational development; health and personal care; resident lifestyle; and physical environment and safe systems. The accreditation period for Mountview Home is until June 2015.
