Tranby, a Juniper Residential facility, is located in Bayswater within Mertome Village. It offers 70 low care places, including respite.

Nestled amidst lush gardens, it's within walking distance to Bayswater train station and public transport on Beechboro Road.

38 rooms are individual with ensuite bathrooms, whilst the remaining 32 share ablutions.

The dining room is a lovely place for residents to enjoy meals and meet up, whilst there are numerous lounge areas where visitors or residents can make a cuppa at any time, or just carve out some space and time to be alone for a while.

The large activity room, chapel, doctor's room and hairdresser's salon round out the rest of the internal amenities. Outside, there are four large sunny courtyard gardens, easily accessible to all residents, and partially shaded shaded with chairs and tables for residents and their families to take advantage of Perth's usually temperate climate.
