Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Heritage Gardens in Bayswater, VIC 3153 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous home.

Heritage Gardens is a Commonwealth funded aged care service situated on a landscaped three acre block. The facility is located near the Heathmont Golf Course in Bayswater North close to Ferntree Gully Forest Hill Heathmont Kilsyth Mitcham Vermont Ringwood and Nunawading. Low & high care is provided on a permanent or respite basis for residents who have been assessed by an aged care assessment team. Heritage Gardens has an excellent reputation based on many years of experience & a dedicated commitment to excellence in aged care. We deliver resident care and services in a responsible and caring manner and we promote the value of teamwork in our homes.
