Welcome Located in the heart of the Hills district, BaptistCare is proud to offer The Gracewood Centre; a brand new aged care centre featuring convenient onsite amenities including a café, sub-tropical landscaped gardens and covered terraces, chapel, hair and beauty salon, therapy spa, library, electric BBQs and a private function room for family gatherings. The Gracewood Centre offers 96 general care rooms and 32 secure dementia care rooms, comfortably furnished with ample storage, quality fittings, built in ceiling hoists, free Wi-Fi and SMART TVs. As a purpose built facility, the latest technology has been included to ensure residents are well looked after. Our team of professional staff, chaplains and volunteers are dedicated to delivering the best possible care to residents, with 24 hour access to registered nurses. The Gracewood Centre is an integral part of the wider The Gracewood Community and is co-located on site with a Social Club, Home Services and Retirement Living.
