ABOUT US

Established in 2001, Trinity Garden offers 30 high care (nursing home) places and 30 low care (hostel) places. In 2006, an additional 40 rooms were added to offer the option of extra services. Trinity Garden is in a league of its own, rivaling many upmarket hotels in terms of finishings and class whilst retaining the feeling of home.

Trinity Garden is operated by a team of professionals including a medical practitioner who have an active interest in the daily running of the facility.

WHAT WE OFFER

Trinity Garden is a multi cultural facility, reflected in our mix of residents and staff. Our care team is comprised of Registered Nurse Division 1, Division 2 and Personal Care Assistants. With access to visiting Doctors, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Dentists and Optometrists, Trinity Garden provides complete care.

ROOMS

The high and low care wings offer large single rooms with attached ensuites. Many of the rooms look out onto landscaped courtyards. There are also interconnecting rooms for couples. All rooms have the latest nurse call system, ample secure storage for personal belongings and the option of a private telephone.

There are numerous lounges for dancing, carpet bowls, card games and exercise groups as well as a cinema room, chapel and library. The extra service wing builds upon these strengths even further. Rooms and ensuites boast a hotel style design, exquisite furnishings, luxurious linen and grander courtyards. Even have a newspaper delivered to your door!

MEALS

Delicious meals are freshly cooked on-site by our Chefs. The menu offers a full range of different cuisines and is created in consultation with our residents and dietician. We are able to cater for residents with diabetes or those who require vitamised meals. Extra service residents are able to choose from a range of wines, beer, soft drinks and juices to have with their meals. They may also select from a variety of dishes and desserts. Truly dine in style.

LIFESTYLE AND LEISURE

We boast a lifestyle program that is second to none. Residents have a lifestyle program specifically tailored to them, to help transition into residential care and to achieve the best possible quality of life whilst in our care.

OUTDOOR FACILITIES

Our courtyards are spacious and features barbecue facilities, vegetable gardens and fruit trees. There are ample shaded areas for residents to relax or for the more adventurous; there is a walking track that circles the entire facility.

SECURITY

Automatic security gates and doors, keypads and card readers, allowing access to authorized persons only, protect Trinity Garden. The key areas of the facility are monitored by video surveillance.

LAUNDRY

Trinity Garden has an onsite commercial laundry, able to cater for most laundry needs. We also have a clothes labelling facility.
