Country Health SA Charla Lodge was founded in 1986 and has been a strong presence in the local community for many years. Charla Lodge is fortunate to have a low care facility as well as a separate high care facility so residents are able to age in place. Charla Lodge is part of the Bordertown Hospital campus which delivers high quality Hospital care residential aged care and community based services to residents across a wide catchment in the Tatiara District which includes but is not limited to the towns of Bordertown Keith Mundulla Wolseley Padthaway and Serviceton and Kaniva in Victoria.
